Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our social marketing team, reporting into our Creative Content Strategist. We are looking for a confident individual who will be responsible for crafting and executing cutting-edge TikTok content that will elevate our brand's online presence and drive us toward our ambitious marketing goals. You'll be the creative mastermind behind engaging content that resonates with our audience, while also staying ahead of the curve by monitoring trends, leveraging social listening, and optimising for TikTok-SEO.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Conceptualising and creating engaging, original short-form video content for TikTok that aligns with the brand's voice, values and objectives
  • Collaborate with other content creators, influencers, and experiment with diverse video styles.
  • Execute end-to-end video production and experiment with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to our targeted audience.
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments. Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitors to adjust strategies and to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy and to capitalise on viral opportunities
  • Identify emerging conversations and sentiments within our target audience, allowing us to engage in real-time and adjust content strategy accordingly
  • Optimise TikTok content for search visibility by using relevant keywords, hashtags, and trends to trending sounds
  • Develop a strategy for utilising TikTok search features to enhance discoverability and attract a broader audience
  • Conduct regular audits of TikTok content to ensure that SEO best practices are being followed and updated as algorithms change
  • Engage with TikTok followers, and monitor comments, and trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions to foster community and, increase brand loyalty and customer retention
  • Provide weekly updates with insights on content performance and a plan for implementing improvements
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to improve and optimise content strategy
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Video social editing background proven experience using Reels and TikTok to edit a variety of video content, particularly within social / paid social and for beauty and fashion brands. 
  • Knowledge of social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram etc
  • Knowledge of video compression and optimisation for web video
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude both within a team and autonomously
  • Good understanding of audio capture and sound quality control
  • Knowledge of producing video for various devices e.g. iPhone, iPad etc, and interest of new developments and innovation in video content
  • Knowledge and experience shooting for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Live
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines as part of a team or autonomously
