Night Vision Devices, located in Whitehall PA, is seeking a full time creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist and Content Creator to execute and maintain our social media presence. This role is responsible for developing strategy, creating and editing engaging content, and managing day-to-day postings across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales and brand recognition. 

Night Vision Devices is a U.S. Veteran Owned Small Business that prides itself on being a premier manufacturer and tactical integrator of night vision binoculars, monoculars and weapon sights. NVD is currently the third largest system manufacturer of Image Intensified night vision systems in the United States. Our highly skilled team can repair and service almost any U.S. manufactured night vision system ever purchased by the U.S. Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Development and management to develop social media strategies and define goals. 
• Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. 
• Capture and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), long-form videos (YouTube), lifestyle and action photography featuring our products.
• Source high performing affiliate partners, creators, and brand collaborators aligned with our target demographic to expand product reach.
• Respond and interact with day-to-day social media engagement. 
• Identify emerging trends and integrate into social content across social platforms.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and use results to increase SEO.
• Stay current on social media tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven photography and videography skills (shooting & editing).
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. 
• Working familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite and video creation).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of firearms. All candidates will need to be comfortable taking photos/videos in a regulated range environment around firearms. 
• Experience using Night Vision is a plus.

Schedule & Benefits:

• $50,000 to $75,000 salary commensurate upon experience
• Onsite M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm
• May require some overnight/weekend travel to events in order to capture creative content
