Essential Job Duties
As a Marketing Content Creator Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to polish your skills in creative story-telling and marketing through multiple visual applications, from video and animation to static imagery and everything in between. With a senior mentor by your side, you’ll be responsible for ideas and concepts, presenting them, and then executing them in the best format possible. Join us to gain real in-house creative experience, help grow the BambooHR brand, and make an impact in the world of software marketing.
You will:
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments
- Ideate and execute exciting and innovative concepts
- Pitch ideas persuasively to team members and stakeholders
- Develop engaging content for our social media platforms, video platforms, and other materials as needed
- Collaborate with the Brand Team to ensure content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Support the brand and marketing team with additional tasks as needed
**This will be a paid, full-time internship (M-F, 8-5), running from May to August 2025, based in Draper, Utah with a mix of in-office and virtual work.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Focus in digital marketing and content creation
- High communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Desire to learn new things quickly and an ability to pivot when needed
- General understanding and perspective of the current media content landscape
- Meticulous attention to detail in all work
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
- Experience creating and editing content in video format
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative editing software
- Experience with recording, editing and mixing video and audio
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field
