The Role

Job Summary

The HPC business seeks a creative and talented Content Creator to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement. The role will require close collaboration with the HPC Segment Leaders and Strategic Marketing & Communication Manager.

The HPC business has demonstrated category-leading, sales and market share growth which is expected to continue across its core enzyme businesses.  Additionally, new sustainable and innovation-focused technologies are expected to be launched within the HPC portfolio within the next 1-3 years that will drive substantial future growth for the business. 

The HPC business seeks a creative and talented Content Creator to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement.  The role will require close collaboration with the HPC Segment Leaders and Strategic Marketing & Communication Manager.

Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create compelling and original content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms, based on the overall HPC communication strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
  • Use insights to tailor content that resonates with target demographics
  • Establish and enforce asset management guidelines, ensuring proper naming, tagging, and organization for comprehensive creative reporting
  • Co-develop and execute content strategies for social media, email marketing, and website updates.

Content Production & Digital Asset Management

  • Oversee the design and production of visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Edit video and photo footage to create engaging content that aligns with brand standards and storytelling goals.
  • Manage and oversee consistent use of branding guidelines throughout digital assets.
  • Maintain and organize marketing materials and creative assets. Establish and enforce asset management guidelines, ensuring proper naming, tagging, and organization for comprehensive creative reporting.
  • Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all digital assets, including images, videos, and documents
  • Create and update visually, existing assets, such as products sheets and product lists.
  • Train team members on best practices for asset management and usage

SEO, Analytics and Community Engagement

  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and plan for improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a strong online community.
  • Coordinate paid LinkedIn campaigns and monitor social media.
  • Create and manage online events, webinars, and live streams to engage with the community

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Minimal, bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field

Professional Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or communication
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content, will be considered an asset
  • Proven success in storytelling to implement narratives that resonate with target audiences and enhance the overall impact of marketing campaigns
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Experience with Adobe suite
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Ability to think outside the box and produce unique content.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and error-free.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship building & self-awareness.
  • Ability to multitask with good prioritization and work without oversight
  • Strong communications (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Tenacious, positive, proactive (self-starter)
  • Ability to build strong relationships in virtual and remote cross-functional teams.

           

Other:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics
  • Willing to travel up to 10%-20%, to understand stakeholder needs and build network.
