Content Creator & Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Creator & Designer to join our team in Santiago, DR. This role will focus on capturing and creating compelling content that showcases our company culture, achievements, and differentiators while designing marketing, HR, and training materials that adhere to our brand guidelines. This position will play a crucial role in strengthening our recruitment efforts and marketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Engage with team members, HR department, and marketing team to identify compelling stories, achievements, and trends that highlight our company's unique culture and value proposition

Create engaging written and visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, recruitment materials, and client presentations

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Manage company social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts that showcase our culture and achievements

Develop employee spotlights, success stories, and testimonials that showcase our team's achievements and company culture

Capture authentic moments through photography and video to create a content library for various communication needs

Script, record, and edit videos highlighting company events, training programs, and employee experiences

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic communication across all platforms

Design

Create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral that adhere to company brand guidelines

Design recruitment materials including job postings, career fair displays, and onboarding documents

Develop training materials and internal communications that are visually engaging and reflect our brand identity

Ensure consistent use of company logos, color schemes, and design elements across all materials

Create digital and print designs for various marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives

Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality assets

Strategic Communications

Help identify and communicate unique selling points that differentiate our company from competitors

Analyze content performance and adapt strategies based on engagement metrics

Collaborate with department heads to understand their communication needs and develop appropriate content solutions

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in content creation and design

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation and graphic design

Proven experience managing professional social media accounts and creating engaging social content

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

Experience with video editing software

Strong photography skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

Portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility in design and content creation

Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems

Knowledge of social media best practices and analytics tools

Preferred

Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment

Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding

Basic understanding of HTML and web design principles

Experience with social media management and content strategy

Familiarity with Dominican culture and local employment market
