Content & Creative Media Intern (Remote)

Mintskill is looking for a creative and execution-focused intern who can support content creation, social media management, and multimedia production across our business verticals. This role blends writing, design, and video editing, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy storytelling through multiple formats.

• Develop high-quality content for:
  
  • Articles
    
  • Blogs
    
  • Newsletters
    
  • Case Studies
    
  • Project Documentation
    
  • Technical Documents
    
• Align content with Mintskill’s business verticals and brand positioning
  

• Manage and grow social media channels
  
• Plan and schedule posts across platforms
  
• Track engagement and suggest improvements based on performance
  

• Create AI-based and real videos for marketing and branding
  
• Perform video editing including:
  
  • Cutting, transitions, and effects
    
  • Audio syncing and voiceovers (AI or human)
    
• Develop content for:
  
  • Instagram Reels
    
  • YouTube videos
    
  • Promotional campaigns
    

• Design thumbnails, creatives, and marketing materials
  
• Translate ideas into visually appealing designs
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
  

• Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset
  
• Ability to convert raw ideas into engaging content
  
• Understanding of content trends (especially social media)
  

• Proficiency in:
  
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
    
  • After Effects
    
• Understanding of:
  
  • Video formats, resolutions, export settings
    
  • Reels and short-form video trends
    

• Proficiency in:
  
  • Adobe Photoshop
    
  • Adobe Illustrator
    
  • InDesign / CorelDRAW
    
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
  

• Good communication and collaboration skills
  
• Attention to detail (editing, transitions, audio sync)
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  

• Must have completed schooling in English medium
  
• Knowledge of regional/native language is an added advantage
  
• Prior internship/project experience in content, design, or video is preferred
