Content Creation Intern (m/f/d)

Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available across Europe and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe – online and in over 250 stores. As a certified B Corp™, we are committed to building a business with purpose. We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creation Intern to join our Content team for 6 months – producing fun, engaging brand content for both our organic social channels and paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads.

• Handle both production and post-production content creation, delivering complete, ready-to-use short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads, with a focus on UGC-style content

• Spot trending formats, sounds, and content ideas on TikTok and Instagram, and adapt them for organic and paid use

• Assist with content shoots (props, prep, behind-the-scenes support)

• Use tools like CapCut and Canva to produce high-quality, platform-native content

• Support the Content team in bringing creative ideas to life across multiple platforms

• Early career (final year student or recent graduate) with a strong interest in social media and content creation

• Previous experience creating content for brands (professional, personal, school, or freelance)

• A good visual eye and strong sense for what’s trending online

• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera (especially mobile/iPhone shooting)

• Proficient in editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar

• Strong written and spoken English skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment
