What we are looking for 

As a Content Coordinator, you will create and manage promotional content across multiple channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging customer communications.

What you will work on

• Write and produce engaging, high-quality copy across all CRM and marketing channels, including newsletters, landing pages, push notifications, promos, and inbox messages

• Develop and adapt related content for multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and clear brand voice.
• Create, manage, and execute promotional campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments from start to finish, strictly following the editorial calendar
• Ensure accurate CRM campaign execution, minimizing operational risks through meticulous checking of configurations and setups
• Coordinate campaign assets with the Design team, providing clear and concise briefs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate artwork
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and local teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and smooth day-to-day operations
• Keep website content accurate, optimized, and up to date, ensuring all site sections are regularly refreshed with the latest information
• Contribute to style guidelines and best practices, suggesting improvements to maintain strict content consistency across all touchpoints

What you bring

• Native Portuguese speaker or equivalent fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, ideally within sports betting, sports journalism, or the online gaming industry
• Experience with CRM campaigns, promotions, or bonus setups is considered a strong advantage
• A keen interest in or familiarity with Online Gaming products (Sportsbook & Casino) is essential
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized personality, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and meet crucial deadlines
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Microsoft Office, CMS, localization tools, and general AI productivity tools
