The role:

This role is key to growing Traumhausverlosung’s social presence and brand visibility. You will create and manage engaging content, build strong influencer collaborations, and drive community interaction to supercharge awareness and support business growth.

Your tasks:
  • Develop organic social media content plans aligned with paid media campaigns

  • Create native, engaging content around dream houses, winners, raffles, and team activities

  • Collaborate across teams (brand, performance, creative, production) to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Build and manage a reliable network of content creators and influencers

  • Identify, brief, and manage collaborations with influencers from micro to national scale

  • Monitor channels, manage communities, and foster user engagement with an approachable brand voice

  • Track performance of campaigns and creator partnerships, optimizing based on insights

  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all social media output

What you offer us:
  • Social native with intuitive understanding of platforms, trends, memes, sounds, formats, and algorithm mechanics

  • Experience in building integrated content calendars aligned with paid initiatives

  • Proficiency in quick-turnaround editing tools (e.g. Canva) for mobile-first video, image editing, and subtitling

  • Fluent in both German and English with ability to adapt brand voice to community interactions in a warm, accessible way

  • Skilled in sparking, moderating, and sustaining dialogue with users to build engagement

  • Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and maintaining brand consistency across visuals

  • Experience identifying, evaluating, and engaging the right creators for campaign goals, ideally with an existing network

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing creator relations, negotiating collaborations, and aligning deliverables

  • Demonstrated ability to brief creators and co-produce content within brand guidelines

  • Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple content streams, creator partnerships, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
