Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The Content & Channels Manager is a core member of a newly formed Internal Communications team, responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging content across all internal communication channels. As we build the foundations of internal communications in a rapidly growing business, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our messaging is clear, timely, and accessible to all employees.

With ownership of our internal content strategy and channel ecosystem, including the intranet, newsletters, Slack, email, and digital signage, the Content & Channels Manager ensures the right messages reach the right people, in the right way. They will develop editorial planning processes, optimize channel performance, and uphold a clear, consistent internal voice that reflects and reinforces our company culture.

This role works in close partnership with the Campaigns & Engagement Manager, Communications Business Partners, and stakeholders across the business to bring stories, updates, and initiatives to life, ensuring they are not only well-crafted, but also well-delivered. As part of a growing function, this is an exciting opportunity to shape how communication happens across the company and help build a best-in-class internal communications practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the internal communications channel ecosystem, including the intranet, newsletter, Slack, email, and other platforms, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and fit for purpose.
  • Develop and maintain an internal communications content calendar, coordinating messaging across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Create, edit, and curate high-quality content that reflects our tone of voice and brings our culture and strategy to life for employees.
  • Establish and uphold content governance standards, ensuring internal communications are accurate, inclusive, well-branded, and accessible to all audiences.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of internal channels, using analytics, feedback, and insights to drive improvements in reach, engagement, and usability.
  • Partner with the Campaigns & Engagement Manager to support the effective delivery of company-wide campaigns and events across all internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with Communications Business Partners and stakeholders across the business to support function-specific comms and ensure alignment with broader messaging.
  • Manage relationships with platform vendors and tools, ensuring smooth operations, updates, and the introduction of new functionality where needed.
  • Play a key role in building a best-in-class internal communications function, contributing to foundational processes, tools, and practices as the team grows.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related communications role, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience managing internal communication channels (e.g intranet, Slack, email platforms, newsletter) and driving their continuous improvement.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience establishing or scaling communication channels or systems, particularly in environments where the internal communications function is still being formalized or built.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement content plans, manage editorial calendars, and coordinate across teams to deliver timely, relevant messaging.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, comfortable shifting between high-level planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to align messaging across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and a data-informed approach to optimizing communication impact and reach.
  • Understanding of tone of voice, branding, and messaging consistency in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, or evolving environment, bringing structure and clarity where needed.

Competencies & Behavioral Traits

  • Strategic thinker – Can see the big picture and connect communications efforts to broader business goals, while also managing tactical execution effectively.
  • Builder mindset – Comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting up new processes and systems from scratch, and iterating as the function evolves.
  • Strong communicator – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to distil complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • Employee-focused – Intuitively designs communications with the employee experience in mind, striving for clarity, relevance, and value.
  • Collaborative and inclusive – Works well across functions and levels, actively seeking input and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful – Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and adapts quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality – Cares about accuracy, tone, consistency, and the small things that make content trustworthy and professional.
  • Analytical mindset – Uses data and feedback to inform decisions, measure impact, and refine communication approaches over time.
  • Brand and tone advocate – Maintains consistency in voice and messaging across platforms, reinforcing company culture and identity.
  • Calm under pressure – Can juggle multiple deadlines and demands without sacrificing clarity, quality, or team collaboration.
