Job Description

The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across Germany can order their groceries and have them delivered within 30 minutes! Wolt Market is growing rapidly and we have ambitious goals. We are always reaching for an even better experience to our customers and are hence looking for a Content Associate.

As a Wolt Market Content Associate you are responsible for creating and enhancing the retail selection on the Wolt Market online catalogue. You will have an important role in ensuring a wolt-class customer experience and driving conversion.

In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent specialist with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.
What you’ll be doing

• Create retail product selection and enhance its content on the Wolt Market online platform.
• Ensure that the app content is accurate and up to date, as far as it concerns the product descriptions, search words, images and other parameters.
• Assigning the products to its right placement in the app so that customers are able to find them.
• Contacting vendors (distributors/direct vendors/brandbank) to confirm product details in order to keep the app content and ordering data up to date.
• Processing direct suggestions from customers, stores and producers to update the content information.
• Creating content aligned with marketing and Category to ensure the best possible outcome of scheduled supplier payed content.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German
• Excellent skills in Google Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Experience in dealing with processes and transforming large amounts of data into customer relevant information to improve user experience
• High attention to detail including precise and effective prioritisation to be able to manage multiple, competing topics
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong hands-on mentality to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and goals are achieved
