Content and Social Media Manager
We are seeking a skilled Content and Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of our content marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on social media channels. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends
In this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop and maintain content whilst being responsible for a number of key initiatives including, the day-to-day running of our Investments social media calendar (using tools such as Sprinklr).
This role will have the advantage of working in a highly collaborative and agile marketing team and would appeal to someone used to working with multiple stakeholders and teams such as specialist marketers, compliance, investment managers and product, as well as external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with the company's target audiences and aligns with our brand identity.
  • Own the development of Nutmeg's monthly social calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas whilst maturing the existing strategy
  • Explore new channel and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across social media channels, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Prepare regular reports on content and social media performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement


Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a social media marketing role (exposure to Investment or financial services is desirable)
  • Experience with Sprinklr (or a similar social media management tool) essential, with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads experience preferred
  • Experience with a Consumer Insights tool such as Kantar's TGI is desired
  • A passion for exploring the latest social media and digital trends
  • A natural project manager, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data (and data teams) to identify trends and growth opportunities
