We are seeking an experienced Learning and Content Program Manager to own and optimize our Learner and Content Management platform. In this role, you will implement content governance frameworks, lead cross-functional projects, and drive platform adoption for our global Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations stakeholders to ensure our enablement solutions are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. What You’ll Do
Organize platform content for easy access and search.
Enforce content governance through regular audits and archiving.
Lead projects for onboarding, certifications, and proposals.
Align platform strategy with GTM goals and stakeholder needs.
Track adoption and engagement; share insights with leadership.
Automate workflows and templates to boost efficiency.
Handle content requests and quality control for consistency.
Train and support users on platform best practices.
Drive feature adoption and integrations with teams and vendors.
Maintain documentation and resolve complex user issues.
What You’ll Bring
Experience managing enablement platforms (Docebo & Seismic preferred)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong project and program management skills—including the ability to oversee multiple projects, set deadlines, and coordinate stakeholders effectively
Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for enablement technology
Solid AI knowledge and AI Engineering experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Familiarity with sales enablement and content governance best practices
The US base salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
