Job Description
If you are an excellent communicator, effective writer, are comfortable collaborating with C-Suite executives and has experience in content strategy you have found the right team. The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals. A key focus of this role will be to support content for Inclusive Investing events seeking to reach these audiences and other underrepresented communities.
As a Content and Events Sr. Associate in the U.S. Wealth Management business, you'll assist in the strategy, planning, and execution of thought leadership, live and virtual events. You'll work to create compelling content tailored to groups that have been historically underrepresented in Wealth Management, including female, Black, and Hispanic investors. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing and Strategy to deliver quarterly and annual goals, and manage the content approval process to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to execute the content strategy to support large-scale, cross-country events
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Front Office, Marketing, Strategy, Compliance and Controls to develop a scalable content execution strategy
  • Work to create compelling content tailored to groups that have been historically underrepresented in Wealth Management
  • Write talking points for events, help train and obtain all necessary approvals for speakers
  • Manage Internal & External speaker selection- including prep calls, calendar holds, content prep, etc.
  • Manage Event Collateral - such as takeaway sheets, PPT slides; all Adtrax approvals
  • Manage Event content for various marketing/amplification/engagement opportunities
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Manage the content approval process to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
  • Assist with and manage other content projects as needed


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 plus years of experience in media, marketing or the Wealth Management industry
  • Highly collaborative
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong writing and editing ability
  • Experience working with or managing freelancers and creative agencies
  • A demonstrated commitment to addressing the issues impacting groups who have been historically underrepresented in business and financial planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across our business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required
