ContractorWhat you'll be doing:
As a Local Market Execution Coordinator & Comms, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality communications and marketing content across the local market. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll review, adapt, and proofread AI-generated and translated content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Avon’s brand voice. You'll help bring campaigns to life across multiple channels, support field communications, and contribute to seamless campaign execution. This is a varied role that combines content localisation, stakeholder collaboration, operational coordination, and communication planning to create a positive experience for Representatives, associates, and customers.The employment contract will be signed via outsourcing agency for a definite time of 6 months with possibility of extending.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing, editing, and proofreading AI-generated and translated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Avon’s brand standards.
- Localising content for a wide range of materials, including brochures, e-commerce content, digital flyers, Focus Magazine, product pack copy, GI3 content, Avon On banners, product names, and campaign launch presentations.
- Reviewing and refining communication content for email, social media, Eloqua, CSR, and other communication channels.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of proactive and reactive communication campaigns for field audiences and internal stakeholders.
- Partnering with business stakeholders to define key messages and ensure communications effectively engage Representatives, District Sales Managers, Customer Service teams, and associates.
- Managing the day-to-day rhythm of communications to field audiences, ensuring messages are timely, relevant, and consistent.
- Reviewing and adapting internal communications to support positive associate engagement.
- Planning and delivering CSR-related communications and coordinating local market donation activities.
- Supporting digital events and communications initiatives for the field organisation.
- Responding to queries from contact centre teams relating to brochures, products, offers, and campaign materials.
- Coordinating communication of campaign errors, updates, and late change requests.
- Supporting campaign execution activities and preparing briefs for operational and campaign preparation teams.
- Working collaboratively with local and global teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and execution.
- Experience in communications, content localisation, translation review, copy editing, proofreading, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the local market language and outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing translated or AI-generated content and adapting it to create engaging, natural, and brand-aligned communications.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a variety of communication channels, including email, digital, social media, and internal communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across multiple teams and functions.
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines.
