Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for shaping and maintaining a consistent, authoritative voice across content marketing, social media, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials.

This is a hands-on position requiring a strong writer and strategic communicator who can translate complex healthcare, regulatory, and operational concepts into clear, credible, and compelling messaging. The Brand and Content Manager will play a key role in positioning Pharmacy Hub as a trusted infrastructure partner supporting next-generation telehealth organizations.

The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B healthcare marketing, thrives in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment, and demonstrates the ability to manage projects from strategy through execution. This individual understands how brand positioning and high-quality content contribute to pipeline development and long-term market authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s brand strategy and ensure consistency across all marketing and customer-facing channels.
  • Own and manage the editorial calendar across website, blog, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Develop thought leadership content aligned with telehealth, pharmacy compliance, and broader industry trends.
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales assets, including case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, and enablement materials.
  • Lead social media strategy, including oversight of executive LinkedIn presence and engagement.
  • Plan and support webinars, conference content, and industry-related announcements.
  • Support public relations initiatives, company announcements, and partner communications.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation to develop conversion-focused content that drives pipeline growth.
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice, visual standards, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or tech (startup experience strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller with the ability to craft compelling long-form content and confidently communicate in an executive voice.
  • Skilled at turning complex regulatory or technical topics into clear, engaging, and conversion-driven messaging.
  • True builder mindset, creates, edits, publishes, and optimizes content hands-on (not just strategy decks).
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and is excited to scale brand and content from the ground up.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and iterating quickly based on feedback, data, and evolving priorities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Bonus program based on productivity and efficiency.
  • Opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding telepharmacy practice.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment focused on patient safety and compliance.

This is a full-time position, working 44 hours per week, 9:00 am. to 6:00 pm.

This is a 100% onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available.
