The Role

 Contact Strategist 

Alleviate has a 30,000 Sq foot headquarters based out of Irvine, CA. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Orange County’s booming business and finance district.   • Responsible for day-to-day execution of client facing communications strategy 

  • Write, publish, and develop distribution strategy for content that supports the mission and brand position 

  • Identify, analyze, develop, and recommend plans for improved customer communication experience 

  • Implements, monitors, and optimizes SMS, phone, letter, and email campaigns/correspondence 

  • Strategize and implement a system for effective queue management and call delegation 

  • Manages SMS communication schedules, content, and automation efforts 

  • Implements a call queue progression, aimed at directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Monitors and reassess call queue efficiency, and implements changes as necessary 

  • Implements direct mail campaigns, identifying which populations receive direct mail, and at what cadence 

  • Manage dialer operations via oversight of the dialer system, including campaign setup, list management, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal utilization 

  • Optimize dialer performance by analyzing metrics and agent performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity 

  • Collaborates with Marketing as needed to create updated content for communications 

  • Work closely with other departments, including IT, Compliance, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operations and address any technical or regulatory issues 

  • Oversees the mail strategy of the Correspondence department

  • Develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies 

  • Collaborate with Leadership on execution of communications, providing timely and precise feedback, as well as, recommendations to make the communications more effective 

  • Prepares reports for Leadership on effectiveness of communications campaigns and strategies to demonstrate effectiveness, as requested 

  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and communication tools. Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus 

  • Strong ability to analyze communication metrics and derive actionable insights 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail 

  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term communication plans 

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for crafting engaging and effective communications 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Full-time 

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 
Irvine, CA - Minimum 3 days per week in-office
