📍 Based in our Sheffield or Lincoln office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home. You will also be required to travel to our London or Lincoln office on occasions (which is paid for by us of course)

The Opportunity:
Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to a team of 8-12 Referencing members, fostering a positive and highly productive work environment.
Take full ownership of your team's daily performance and output, proactively identifying and addressing any blockers or challenges.
Performance management, quality assurance and continuous improvement to ensure all team members are performing as well as processes are fit for purpose.
What we need from you:
A natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others - you must have experience of managing a team of 8+ people
Ability to be an independent thinker who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
Understand the value of in-person collaboration and can be adaptable and resilient with all stakeholders.
