POSITION SUMMARY
This position requires you to be in office 5 days a week.
As Domo’s Consumption Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our usage-based pricing strategies. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations and Analytics, you’ll partner with Product, Finance, and Sales to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth and customer value. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we capture and deliver value through innovative pricing approaches that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze consumption data and market benchmarks to identify pricing and packaging optimization opportunities;
- Develop and maintain analytical models to predict and measure revenue, credit usage, and customer retention under various scenarios;
- Support GTM teams with consumption reporting + enablement and respond to customer/pricing escalations as needed;
- Monitor and report on key consumption KPIs, trends, and overall consumption pricing performance;
- Partner with Product and Data Engineering to design, validate, and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring accurate and reliable customer usage data is available for consumption analytics and reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ experience in pricing/consumption analytics, revenue management, product analytics, or similar role in SaaS/technology;
- Strong skills with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms; Python and Domo a plus);
- Previous experience or familiarity with SaaS business models, usage-based pricing models, value metrics, unit economics, and financial modeling;
- Excellent communication and visualization skills—able to translate data insights into business actions;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, operating independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion for data, analytics, and problem solving.
