Partners with product managers or initiative leaders to ensure alignment and thorough planning. Maintains visibility into all projects within the Consumer Strategy & Design scope. Provides leadership with information to facilitate rapid decision-making on strategic initiatives. Develops an overall project view focused on critical priorities to advance projects and mitigate issues. Maintains a balanced scorecard to report on key metrics and project progress. Monitors project risks and scope creep early to identify potential problems. Proactively addresses identified problems and presents solutions to management. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to understand processes and timelines. Develops comprehensive project plans that include scope, timelines, communication strategies, deliverables, metrics, activation, and sustainment strategies. Builds accurate and integrated project timelines and deliverables. Manages and regularly updates all project details in the project management system. Provides timely and accurate documentation and effective management of partners to meet key deliverables. Other duties as assigned.
