Responsibilities:

Deeply understand the target user groups. Proactively identify and explore opportunities for major specialized research projects. Develop innovative solutions and establish clear research objectives. Execute feasible and comprehensive research plans by integrating qualitative and quantitative research methods. Explore and research new products, technologies, and solutions. Gain deep insights into users' cognitive understanding and emotional perceptions of new concepts. Analyze and evaluate key user metrics for classic models, including usability and user experience of the product/function. Extract opportunities for improvement and new development directions from both a business and user perspective. Formulate professional and in-depth research conclusions, propose actionable insights, and ultimately drive the implementation of core functional selling points and user experience enhancements. Provide in-depth experience or product-level insights. Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends. Apply this knowledge to track the user experience or key functional metrics of our products and those of our competitors. Systematize, visualize, and present comparative analysis and research findings. Leverage internal and external resources and methodologies. This includes, but is not limited to, quantitative data, user feedback, market trends, etc. Formulate core business research plans and strategies in collaboration with the team to ensure the consistent output of high-quality insights. Collaborate across time zones and geographies to align insights with global design leadership, to become a natural part of the HQ Consumer Insights Research team in California Present research findings in English using efficient, established formats tailored to international audience Maintain structured documentation and insight-sharing communication to ensure high visibility and continuity for global teams. Participate in weekly design syncs and quarterly planning with the California-based team. Maintain a well-documented research archive accessible to global stakeholders, using our SharePoint

Education and Requirements:

Proficient in user research methodologies. This includes consumer insights and market research. Must have a deep understanding of the principles behind various research methods and be able to apply them flexibly. Possess strong logical thinking and the ability to independently conduct comprehensive research projects (including but not limited to research on PCs, mobile phones, tablets, smart speakers, TWS earphones) from start to finish. Candidates with experience in related products are preferred. Excellent insight into user groups and strong analytical skills. Must possess outstanding data analysis and interpretation abilities, strong viewpoints, and excellent reporting skills. Logical and clear thinking with strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Strong empathy and a user-centric mindset. Must be able to deeply understand users' psychological needs and emotional demands and adeptly organize and articulate user insights. Extensive experience in consumer electronics or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in user/market research is required. A deep understanding of products and the market, along with successful experience in product planning, is highly desirable. Proactive, optimistic, and curious about new things. Must possess a strong sense of empathy and a willingness to deeply immerse oneself in their work with innovative thinking.
