- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance drivers across consumer banking products, channels, and customer segments using reports and dashboards.
- Translate data and analytical findings into clear, concise insights and narratives that inform senior leadership decision-making.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, including recurring performance readouts and ad hoc deep dives, for senior management and leadership forums.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and data science / analytics teams to ensure dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics initiatives (including machine learning use cases) align with business needs and strategic objectives; help frame business problems, assess model performance, and interpret model outputs and key drivers to inform business decisions.
- Navigate, interpret, and leverage dashboards and reports built in Power BI to answer business questions and proactively identify emerging trends.
- Perform advanced analysis and modeling using Excel, including forecasting, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking; leverage additional analytical tools where appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting and dashboard usage by identifying gaps, opportunities, and evolving business questions.
- Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, consistent, and clearly understood by non-technical audiences.
