Responsibilities:

  • Lead the market research team across multiple CE countries, ensuring consistent and high-quality output, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Develop and execute both short- and long-term market insight plans and key strategic projects, to support client engagement and business objectives.
  • Continuously analyze a broad range of industry and macroeconomic trends for their impact on the commercial spirit sector.
  • Working with marketing colleagues, gather and analyze research and insights related metrics to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences, events and client meetings as required.
  • Report research and insights results periodically to senior leadership.

What you need to be successful:

  • Educated to degree level in a related/relevant field psychology, sociology, social psychology, econometric, mathematic or statistical science
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a market research role within the spirit or FMCG, OTC sector.
  • Proven experience in market research or a similar role, ideally 5Y within the commercial spirit or FMCG sector is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of consumer fundamentals and their application in market analysis, plus the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of the commercial spirit market is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in people and project management, with a track record of team work coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage available resources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
