Analyzes data inputs and research related to key consumer promise and aspirational initiatives. Prepares and creates learning materials using various mediums and teaching methods. Develops, builds, and executes first-in-class services and experiences. Identifies areas of improvement for training curriculum and materials on an ongoing basis. Exports daily performance reports from consumer-based dashboards. Integrates and vets new capabilities, improvements, and enhancements within the ecosystem. Collaborates with impacted upstream and downstream matrixed areas. Thinks strategically, executes methodically, and manages competing priorities. Researches and synthesizes consumer insight inputs to develop communications for senior-level audiences. Summarizes findings using digestible language and illustrations. Communicates changes in strategic direction, product vision, progress, and prioritizations to leadership and impacted project teams. Develops and collaborates on building effective project update and progress presentations and associated communication materials for senior leadership and impacted teams. Other duties as assigned.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively to cross-functional teams.
