Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Consumer Collecting Manager to be based in the UK.
The Consumer Collecting Manager is responsible for supporting two marketing functions (Sampling & Further Education Activity) nationally, which aim to grow our user base and strengthen brand love among our target group. The Consumer Collecting Manager works with Field Marketing teams to recruit, lead & retain a student workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors. They are responsible for supporting large national projects from start to finish, integration of impactful sales support programmes, guiding our Field teams on programme principles and execution standards, working cross functionally on new ways to excite our consumers and most importantly are well connected to changing generational trends and maintaining & growing our presence in Further Education.
Job DescriptionStrategic Development of Programme
Responsible for setting the National strategy for Great Britain across all trial and student marketing.
Write, develop & deliver the annual approved business plan and budget whilst achieving the agreed objectives.
Collaborate with cross country and HQ marketing specialists to gain project learnings & ideas which can have relevance in Great Britain.
Support in identifying, developing & maintaining a strong network of national opinion leaders and influencers within the further education space with the vision to partner with the brand on different projects and support in the programme objectives.
Exceptional Execution of the Consumer Collecting Programme
Ensuring the Student Marketeers are true Red Bull representatives and a tangible face of the brand through adequate recruitment and training.
Work closely with all marketing and sales teams to ensure the business priorities are reflected across the programme, including all brand campaigns and product launches.
Work with sales teams to ensure sales support missions are effective & impactful, which includes collaborating on training & reporting tools.
Create and implement the national in-direct sampling strategy. Work with brands and partners to successfully drive trial of the product and opportunities to drive distribution.
Through all communication and training ensure our brand is shown in the most positive way to all audiences whether through sampling or branded assets.
People Development
Implement and uphold the Intl. recruitment, on-boarding and training modules for global consistency, working closely with HR for local compliance.
Responsible for creating and delivering a recruitment plan in line with the Red Bull brand. Continuously improving it by identifying new digital spaces, social media initiatives and relevant organisations to attract the best and most diverse range of candidates.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a best in class training programme for Student Marketeers with the aim of driving engagement and education for successful, authentic brand representation.
Work closely with Field Marketing Managers and Specialists on team on-boarding and training of Student Marketeers.
Identify and nurture key talent working on improving succession & pipeline development within Consumer Collecting for the wider organisation.
Set objectives and clear goals with the Consumer Collecting Specialist to ensure accountability to their key deliverables and conduct on-going performance evaluations.
Provide on-going coaching and support to ensure the Consumer Collecting Specialist achieve their deliverables.
Regularly assess and identify development needs of the Consumer Collecting Specialist.
Act as a role model and displaying the Red Bull values having a consistent tone of voice that is motivating and inspiring.
General Programme Management
Manage the overall programme budget with responsibility and accuracy.
Ordering, maintenance and management of programme tools, POSM, uniforms and other branded items in a premium manner.
Work closely with the operations team to manage branded fleet & ensure adequate efficiencies within each team.
Support & encourage great reporting and student marketeer engagement within Red Bull University as well as through excellent community management.
Regularly update international counterparts with best practice examples and national programme updates.
Regularly review the environmental impact of the programme working with the wider field marketing team to develop a year round plan and new initiatives to keep it to a minimum.
Marketing Innovation
Develop and deliver an innovative and relevant business plan which complements the marketing priorities of the country, while considering the opportunities & needs of further education students.
