More about the role
As a Commercial Channel Leader, Consumer you’ll be responsible for managing the execution of go to market of our whole Consumer channel and its P&L. You will be reporting directly to the ASEAN Market Leader for our Consumer Business.

Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities

Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership within the traditional trade customers in Thailand with target to establish Philips Lighting and Signify as their preferred lighting brand

Expand business for each key segments of consumer channel - Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and E-Commerce and ensure market share of our products will grow year on year

Ensure operational excellence are achieved across sales, marketing and support teams

Manage, mentor and coach the whole Consumer Channel employees in Thailand
More about you

Strategic thinker with focus on execution and strong understanding of Sales and marketing dynamics.

10+ years combined Sales and Account Management experience
-
At least 5 years of people management experience is required

Experience in the Traditional Trade, Modern Trade selling eco-system in Thailand
-
Experience in E-Commerce business is an advantage
-
Proven track-record in achieving sales targets and developing a high caliber team

Strong negotiation skills

At least Bachelor’s degree graduate

Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English is a must
-
Full legal working authority in Thailand without the need for visa sponsorship
