As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer Banking Deposits team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will be expected to provide strategic oversight across the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. By fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes and championing innovation. Your leadership will help position the team to respond effectively to evolving market demands and deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Partner with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure alignment throughout the product delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate regular status updates , manage dependencies to drive transparency, track progress, and promote continuous improvement within the team
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization, proactively recommending solutions to enhance product stability and scalability
- Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure new features and enhancements meet quality standards and deliver intended value to customers
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by engaging with stakeholders from technology, operations, and business to align on product goals and delivery timelines
- Build and nurture key relationships across teams to facilitate effective communication, resolve issues quickly, and support seamless product launches
- Monitor product performance and operational metrics to identify risks, ensure stability, and recommend improvements for scalability
- Champion a culture of continuous delivery by implementing best practices, sharing learnings, and encouraging innovation within the team
