Responsabilidades:

Asesorar y organizar viajes para clientes corporativos (tanto individuos como grupos)

Realizar análisis e investigaciones sobre opciones de viaje, y anticipar pro-activamente las necesidades del viajero para vender servicios adicionales

Organizar y reservar viajes de negocios nacionales e internacionales, en una variedad de complejidad, para el aire, la carretera, el ferrocarril y el alojamiento

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la política de viajes acordada por los clientes, las políticas del proveedor de servicios y los requisitos reglamentarios

Utilizar técnicas positivas de servicio telefónico y actuar en función de las solicitudes especiales de los clientes

Colaborar con su equipo para asesorar, asesorar y proporcionar una retroalimentación constructiva para mejorar los niveles de servicio

Nuestro equipo es una operación 24/7. Tenemos colegas específicos dedicados al turno de noche, sin embargo, por favor sea flexible y esté preparado para trabajar los turnos de tarde (8:00 am -8:00 pm) y días festivos.
