Requisitos:
Experiencia comprobable como consultor de viajes corporativos
Dominio avanzado de GDS AMADEUS principalmente. (Sabre o Apollo también serán considerados)– se realizarán evaluaciones técnicas
Sólida trayectoria en servicio al cliente y operaciones de centros de contacto
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente
Amplio conocimiento de tarifas, cálculo de costos e impuestos
Habilidad para resolver situaciones complejas con alto entendimiento del negocio
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario NOCTURO, fines de semana y días festivos (operación 24/7)
Responsabilidades principales:
Dominar los productos y servicios de Amex GBT, incluyendo nuestro proceso integral de reservas
Diseñar, cotizar y reservar itinerarios personalizados para clientes corporativos (individuales y grupos)
Operar eficientemente Sistemas de Distribución Global y plataformas de proveedores
Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas de viajes corporativas, regulaciones y estándares de proveedores
Resolver solicitudes especiales y situaciones complejas con creatividad y profesionalismo
Colaborar con el equipo, brindando capacitación y retroalimentación constructiva para elevar estándares de servicio
