Consulting Senior Associate - Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change

Job Summary:

As a Junior ESG Consulting Senior Associate, you will support the delivery of sustainability and ESG advisory projects, working closely with senior consultants and project managers. This role is ideal for candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in greenhouse gas accounting and disclosure, decarbonization, climate-related disclosure and reporting frameworks, and broader sustainability trends, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering Climate and ESG advisory projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Collect, validate, and analyze greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting data, and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials.

• Conduct research on sector-specific GHG accounting issues and trends, and contribute insights to thought leadership content.

• Participate in client meetings, prepare relevant documentation, and support client communication and relationship management to ensure project success.

• Continuously monitor evolving climate disclosure frameworks and best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within agreed timelines, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in environmental science and engineering, sustainability, economics, engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: 1 – 4 years in in greenhouse gas accounting and verification, ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or related area.

• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
