As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Sustainable Operations team and seeking a senior leader to join us as a Partner. This is a unique opportunity to become a shareholder in a purpose-driven global firm and lead transformative work at the intersection of Environmental Compliance, EHS, and Sustainability Strategy.

Location: Texas or Louisiana (Hybrid Work Environment)

As a Partner, you will lead strategic engagements with Fortune 500 clients, delivering innovative solutions in environmental compliance, management systems, and sustainability integration. You’ll collaborate with ERM’s global network of experts to shape high-impact programs and drive operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant or business development leader with deep technical expertise in EHS compliance, ISO standards, and environmental management systems, and a passion for helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals.

Client Leadership & Growth

• Build and manage trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Lead business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and closing strategic deals.

• Deliver multimillion-dollar consulting engagements with measurable impact.

Technical Excellence

• Design and implement EHS compliance and management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Lead multi-media permitting, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Develop and oversee environmental audit programs and ESG integration strategies.

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, or related field.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on compliance and management systems.

• Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar sales and leading large-scale projects.

• Deep understanding of environmental regulations and innovative approaches to EHS compliance.

• Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

• Existing client relationships, ideally in the power sector or other regulated industries.

The salary range for this position is dependent on experience, location, specialized skills, and expected contributions to the role, but is in line with a senior leadership position in a global consulting company.
