 Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. 

This is a full-time contractor position, as Manager in our Consulting vertical in Chisinau, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our Moldovan clients and lead high-impact consulting engagements. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities that drive meaningful change and deliver exceptional results.  

Specifically, you will: 

• Take responsibility for 1-2 projects concurrently, structuring the scope and managing the project plan, resources, and budget. 

• Participate in advisory consulting engagements for financial services and retail clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. 

• Demonstrate problem-solving and drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex customer experience problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies. 

• Actively manage client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives and stakeholders. 

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions with clients to align objectives and strategies. 

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships that foster trust and collaboration. 

• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions. 

• Strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project. 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the advisory practice in Moldova. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and innovation. 

• Languages: Romanian and English are must; Russian is a plus.
