Position: Consulting Manager – Employee Experience Advisory

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to join our Employee Experience Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across areas such as organization restructuring, manpower planning, culture and change management, HR transformation, and employee engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consulting experience, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to lead complex, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end client engagements in areas such as:
- Organization design and restructuring
- Workforce planning and optimization
- Cultural transformation and change management
- HR operating model and digital HR transformation
- Employee engagement strategy and execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business stakeholders across industries.
- Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Translate client challenges into actionable insights, frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive innovation and thought leadership.
- Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, solution development, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of total experience, with the majority spent in HR or management consulting firms.
- Proven track record of client-facing delivery in at least three of the following areas:
- Organization restructuring
- Workforce or manpower planning
- Culture and change management
- HR transformation
- Employee engagement and experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, build insights, and drive recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across diverse industries and geographies is preferred.
- Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to digital tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Workday, SuccessFactors) used in HR transformation or engagement programs.
- Experience in developing thought leadership and reusable consulting assets.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
