As a Consulting Intern, you will lend and advance your skills working with project leadership and other project staff to support all aspects of planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of projects. Based on business needs, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time entry-level role for students who meet the required qualifications.
- Work with project staff and project leadership in all aspects of planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of projects and anticipation of needs as driven by project work plans.
- Perform research and accurate fact finding.
- Support clear, compelling storytelling and data visualization, including figures, reports and presentations.
- Support with project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, analysis, graphics, best practice presentations, benchmark information and interim and final deliverables as needed.
- Assist in analyzing large, complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns that lead to actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with project teams to perform thorough testing and validation of models, and support various aspects of the business with data analytics.
- Collaborate across Blue Cottage teams to help drive value and impactful solutions including, but not limited to, internal initiatives.
- Foster a commitment to excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement.
- May perform other duties as required.
- Rising senior in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027). Program in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Public Health or related preferred.
- Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Quantitative strengths using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools strongly preferred.
- Excel skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and wizardry in visualization of data in any sort is a plus.
- Experience with Esri tools and/or ArcGIS is a plus.
- Baseline knowledge of American healthcare is preferred.
- Candidate must have the ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
