Position Overview: The role directly supports the Government Program Manager within a Government facility.
Primary Responsibilities:

Support Operations: Assist the Government PM with day-to-day technical operations and documentation requirements.

Administrative Excellence: Handle a diverse array of management and administrative tasks, including managing complex calendars, correspondence, organization charts, and telephone lists, to support the program.

HR Tasks: Create position qualifications and job descriptions, while assisting with hiring objectives and evaluating candidate qualifications.

Budget Support: Support the Government customer with drafting, reviewing, and executing operating budgets. Analyze budget reports to control expenditures.
Basic Qualifications:
-
BA/BS degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience (additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

TS/SCI clearance is required.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Experienced in handling government/military correspondence and documents.

Must have experience in an HR-related profession.

Excellent calendar management skills, including the ability to coordinate complex meetings.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).

Experience working in classified and unclassified environments.

Demonstrated professionalism, a strong customer service focus, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Adept at understanding and acting on general guidance and direction from program leadership, demonstrating the ability to independently navigate and adapt to evolving situations.
