As a consulting analyst with Gallup, you will collaborate with some of the most engaged associates in the world from our operations, business development and consulting teams to deliver analytics and advice that shape critical business decisions. From the start, you’ll contribute to work that influences executive leaders on marketplace and workplace strategies, helping organizations grow and thrive.

You’ll rapidly build your expertise in data analytics and communication as you analyze data, uncover insights and share recommendations with clients. With hands-on experience, mentorship and collaboration with high-performing teams, you’ll accelerate your growth while making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze employee and customer data to deliver powerful insights that help top organizations in Thailand solve their most pressing business challenges
• Collaborate with consultants to design research solutions, prepare compelling presentations and support client engagements that drive real change
• Contribute to client discussions and present insights, influencing leaders and supporting data-driven decision-making
• Grow your expertise in workplace analytics, behavioral economics and Gallup’s science-based methodologies through hands-on project work and mentorship

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred in data analytics, business, engineering, economics, statistics or a related field
• Full native fluency in Thai required
• At least intermediate-level proficiency in English required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Thailand office at least three days per week required
• Eligibility to work in Thailand required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
