Consultants in Milan and Rome

We are seeking Consultants for the Italian market.As Consultant at Arthur D. Little you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under coordination and supervision of your case manager.

You will assume the following key responsibilities:

• Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations
• Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources
• Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries
• Planning, execution and completion of final deliverables independently
• Coach junior team members and support the office operations leading or participating on internal projects

As a future Consultant you possess the following qualifications:

• MSc studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement – degree should be awarded from a leading school
• A minimum of three years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience combined with an MBA
• Outstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment
• Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research and performing primary & secondary research
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge and sharp business acumen
• Excellent level of English and Italian is essential – other languages are also desirable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for presenting with impact

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary (RAL) between 44,000 and 55,000 €. Your starting salary within this range will be determined by your level of experience, core competencies, and the scope of responsibility you bring to the role.
