Position Information
Position Overview
Experience and expertise in industry and product for Credentialing and Enrollment solutions. Provides expertise in implementations, client services, product and training on industry and product solutions best practices. Conducts client consulting projects to support best practice utilization of the solutions making recommendations on solution usage. Develops tools for internal and external best practices supporting the industry and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
- Serve as a clinical consultant and subject matter expert for OPPE, FPPE, and Peer Review processes within the SaaS platform.
- Assist healthcare clients with workflow design, implementation, and optimization of provider quality review programs.
- Interpret and apply regulatory and accreditation standards from organizations such as:
- Joint Commission
- CMS
- NCQA
- State and organizational quality standards
- Conduct quality reviews, data validation, and process assessments to support provider performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physician leadership, medical staff offices, quality departments, and clinical teams to identify operational improvements.
- Provide education, training, and ongoing support to platform users and client stakeholders.
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into platform recommendations and enhancement feedback for internal product teams.
- Analyze clinical quality data, trends, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Develop documentation, workflow guides, best practice recommendations, and training materials.
- Participate in client meetings, implementation calls, and strategic advisory sessions.
- Maintain current knowledge of healthcare quality standards, peer review methodologies, and credentialing best practices.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years software product or experience in web-based solutions environment.
- Industry experience (5 years) direct Credentialing or Enrollment experience or areas of Healthcare Provider Solutions
- Demonstrated ability to absorb, develop and apply new knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and to establish excellent colleague and client relationships
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, peer review, medical staff services, accreditation, or clinical operations.
- Demonstrated expertise with:
- OPPE
- FPPE
- Peer Review processes
- Provider performance evaluation
- Experience working with hospitals, health systems, ambulatory care organizations, or medical staff offices.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Experience with healthcare technology platforms, EMR systems, or SaaS applications preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly to clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and consulting skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
- Experience supporting medical staff credentialing or privileging processes preferred.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with workflow optimization and change management methodologies.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $78,629 - $99,000. Salary will be determined on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications. Compensation will be commensurate with skills, relevant experience, and performance in similar roles.
