About you:
We are looking for a strong collaborative team player to join our ERP Division. As a Consultant in this role, you will support our customers with the Implementation of their Financials and Payroll software solutions (Access Coins). You’ll be highly motivated and results driven, with experience in implementing Australian Payroll and knowledge of Australian Payroll legislation. Expertise in the Construction sector will be an added advantage.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Deliver projects following the Access Implementation Methodology, training will be provided, either on site or remotely, implementing Access coins Software for new and existing clients
- Proactively manage your elements of client implementations to ensure that they operate within time and budget - monitor your diary to ensure that all assignments are accurate and up to date
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients appropriately to manage expectations and ensure successful implementation
- Deliver Client workshops, software walk-throughs and training on various Access coins functionalities covering Financial and Australian Payroll modules
- Conduct software walkthroughs of Coins ERP modules whilst requirement gathering through the introduction & review of Coins Coding.
- Train end-users on software and business processes, delivery of Webinars and Seminars on subject areas (internal and external) and collaborating with other technical teams
- You will be Integral in the development of the product area- Identifying opportunities for software enhancements.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Qualifications/experience in a Finance consultancy/Implementation role.
- The ability to operate in the framework of autonomous working whilst demonstrating great time management and the ability to prioritise.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and Customer Centred communication skills
- Good presentation design and delivery skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills
- Being a cross-functional contributor with experience in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems – with a willingness to learn other modules on an as needed basis.
- Meticulous and persistent in problem solving, with the ability to use diplomacy to manage any project issues effectively.
- Report design and writing skills, using software tools.

Skills Required
- Experience in quantity surveying or accounting within the construction sector.
- Understanding of ERP systems including configuration, testing, training and go-live support.
