Job Description:

In the next phase of our growth, we are hiring a Consultant to join our team. The Consultant is the principal creator of inspirational, well-crafted content & session plans to achieve exceptional client outcomes.

THE ROLE

• Work alongside project leads and own key workstreams that deliver outstanding outcomes for the client.

• Deliver expertise across our offering in the human-led transformation space, including best in class written content, research, event & workshop design, creative stimulus, design management etc.

• Owns strong, trusted, relationships client side with an ability to engage senior leaders with credibility.

YOU

• Business geek who understands how big businesses work and the role of culture in driving commercial performance.
• Expansive thinker with analytical prowess that loves to crack a challenge.
• Outstanding communicator with excellent written craft.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to synthesize information.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:

The salary range for this position is 110000 USD to 120000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Note: we have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
