Consultant

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies. You will work closely with and support Federal agency clients. Successful candidates should be able to apply analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs; apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic planning; perform essential consulting functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, project testing, and performance measurements to support project objectives; conduct activities in support of project objectives; and work closely with each other and with our partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate may be responsible for, among other things:

• Build PowerPoint briefings
• Track action items
• Provide communication support and other operational tasks
• Analyze existing practices of clients and make recommendations for improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business administration, social sciences; public health, health administration, or health policy preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of post-Bachelor’s degree work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication as demonstrated through internships, courses of study, or other experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office. 
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
• Ability to obtain a public trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or other advanced degree
• PMP, Prosci, or other certification
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or large health systems
• Experience working for a consulting firm
