To support the growth of our Consulting department, we are actively seeking a talented and enthusiastic Consultant (M/F) to provide high-quality services for our client, primarily European Institutions.

Your Mission:

As a key member of our consulting team, you’ll play an essential role in advancing our practice within European Institutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to high-impact projects and building trust-based client relationships.
• Conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing organizational processes to provide valuable insights.
• Supporting data collection efforts, from desk research to conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops with European-level stakeholders.
• Ensuring data accuracy by executing quality assurance measures.
• Drafting comprehensive reports that highlight findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Assisting in developing and executing engagement strategies and awareness campaigns for stakeholders.
• Preparing for and actively participating in client meetings to help drive project discussions forward.
• Supporting business development by identifying potential opportunities with existing and new clients, and contributing to proposal development.
• Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our services and align with our growth strategy.
• Coaching junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Participating in recruitment efforts by conducting interviews with potential new team members.
• Contributing to team culture by helping organize events and training sessions to strengthen our consulting practice.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment on large projects.
• Experience in consulting or a related field, with strong research and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to data quality and accuracy.
• Skilled in building positive, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research and adept at synthesizing insights.
• Effective communicator, able to adapt to diverse audiences and foster productive client interactions.
• Motivated to contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and assisting in proposal creation.
• Creative and proactive, with fresh ideas to enhance consulting services and support our growth strategy.
• Team-oriented, with a natural inclination to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
• Flexible and enthusiastic about engaging in both client projects and internal initiatives to strengthen our consulting practice.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
