About the role: 

The candidate for this role will be responsible for work as required by Professional Services. Within this role you will be looked upon to provide high quality engagement, efficiency and customer satisfaction through a projects management, design and/or build cycle.  You will work with Nintex customers and partners on engagements to solve business challenges via Nintex products and solutions.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Lead and manage Professional Services projects and training sessions, focusing on understanding customer challenges, and delivering tailored solutions using the Nintex Delivery Framework.
  • Act as the go-to expert on Nintex product capabilities, providing insights and guidance to both internal teams and customers.
  • Utilize a consultative approach during Business Process Optimization, and other, workshops, ensuring that automation solutions align seamlessly with customers' unique business processes.
  • Demonstrate best practices in solution design across various industries and departments, fostering efficient and effective use cases.
  • Collaborate with the Product Engineering team by providing valuable feedback that contributes to the enhancement of products and services.
  • Create, maintain, and process pertinent engagement-related communications, records, and timely submittal of time-entry.
  • Notifies team lead when assistance is required in an appropriate and timely manner as it relates to employee capacity, and customers and engagement issues. 
  • Configure and develop custom solutions using Nintex products and ancillary technologies according to solution design that allow Nintex to meet the customer’s project requirements. 
  • Other duties, as required. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • At least 2 years of management consulting experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
  • Possess a growth mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment that emphasizes superior performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adept at time management, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and teamwork to meet project deadlines.
  • Proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification desirable.
  • Experience in business process optimization or design is a plus.
