The Delivery Services team at SailPoint prides itself in being a supportive environment with an open door policy. The team works to get our customers the help needed to maximize their identity governance platform with extensive, solution-specific experience, our consultants are dedicated to ensuring success before, during and after our customers' SailPoint implementation.
This position (part of our Delivery Services team) is responsible for playing the technical guidance role in the successful installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint solutions in client environments and assisting our implementation partners in that process. Working with our customers this position is responsible for making sure our customers are technically successful.
Responsibilities:

  • Advice on the best practice deployment of SailPoint solutions in client environments
  • Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
  • Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
  • Working with clients post implementation for all SailPoint related tasks
  • Working with local SailPoint teams to advise, guide and configure customer solutions.


Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
  • Experience with the programming and scripting languages: i.e Java, Beanshell, PowerShell
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions: i.e. Microsoft Windows, Azure/Entra, AWS, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow etc
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, Active Directory).
  • Familiarity with identity management provisioning system
  • Familiarity with Access Management, i.e Okta
  • Familiarity with identity governance concepts: i.e Roles, Lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
  • Familiarity with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
  • Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus.


Education:
Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Security certifications (i.e CISSP) are a plus.
Travel:
This position requires minimal travel internationally. Onsite customer meetings will be required.
