We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Risk Consultant who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional client engagement skills to help organizations strengthen resilience, improve visibility, and make smarter risk-based decisions.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering and scaling BSI's innovative MESH Framework (Map, Evaluate, Strategize, Harmonize)—helping clients move beyond compliance toward intelligence-driven, enterprise-wide supply chain resilience.
If you're a consultant who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading client engagements, and creating meaningful business impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of supply chain risk management projects from planning through execution and reporting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary day-to-day contact for clients.
- Drive project timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables across multiple engagements.
- Translate client needs into structured, actionable workplans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Apply and operationalize BSI's MESH methodology to assess and strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Design integrated solutions spanning risk visibility, supplier assurance, compliance, and resilience strategy.
- Develop innovative approaches to complex client challenges through scenario analysis, risk modeling, and prioritization frameworks.
- Leverage technology, analytics, and digital tools to enhance supply chain monitoring and risk assessment capabilities.
- Support the design and implementation of supply chain risk management programs, governance structures, and operating models.
- Create high-quality client deliverables, including executive presentations, dashboards, reports, and strategic roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders at all organizational levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Coach and support Associate Consultants and Analysts in project execution and professional growth.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and audit-defensible standards.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that reflects BSI's values and commitment to excellence.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow MESH-related consulting services.
- Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of BSI's Supply Chain Resilience practice.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain risk management, resilience, security, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading client-facing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with supply chain mapping, risk assessments, supplier segmentation, resilience planning, and related risk management activities.
- Familiarity with management system development and implementation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Strategic and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and technology to support decision-making.
- Exceptional report writing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, audit-defensible work.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environments.
