- Learn and grow continuously: Actively participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to rapidly build your consulting and data/AI expertise.
- Contribute to team knowledge: Support the creation of internal content such as thought pieces, benchmarks, and methodologies that strengthen Artefact Belgium's expertise and offerings.
- A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; a strong academic track record is valued.
- A genuine interest in both business and technology — you enjoy tackling complex problems and want to develop a structured, strategic mindset.
- Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); curiosity and willingness to learn matters more than deep expertise.
- Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.
- You must be eligible to work in Belgium.

Skills Required
- At least 4 years of professional experience in AI, Data, Machine Learning, LLMs, or generative AI
- Consulting experience including client relationship management and delivering tailored solutions
- Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers/data scientists
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Deep expertise with modern LLM techniques (fine-tuning, RAG systems, agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, production deployment)
- Experience with NLP/AI frameworks and platforms (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, Agno, etc.)
- Experience with model serving, API development, vector databases, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and cloud infrastructure
- Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field (MSc/PhD is a plus)
- Proficiency in English plus Dutch or French (required)
- Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods (LoRA/QLoRA), quantization, and inference optimization
