Summary:

In this role, you will develop and use knowledge of Sg2 analytical tools and intelligence offerings focusing on healthcare strategy. You will provide guidance to clients on healthcare trends, emerging clinical developments, and provide solutions to questions to assist with program development decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clients receive value from Sg2 growth and performance analytics and intelligence resources through the creation of presentations and analyses.
  • Assist with the onboarding and continued training of Sg2 clients.
  • Manage and maintain client data in Sg2 analytics portal.
  • Develop expertise in the growth and performance improvement opportunities driven by Sg2 analytics and thought leadership along with the underlying data, methodology and metrics.
  • Develop relationships with Sg2 clients to elevate service delivery effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with account team members and internal resources to address and answer client questions.
  • Leverage analytics and intelligence resources to advise Sg2 clients of their strategic questions.
  • Work collaboratively with Service Delivery Executives, Account Principals, and partners within the Sg2 client center.
  • Advise and provide guidance and mentorship to clients independently.
  • Track Sg2 client interactions in the Sg2 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in healthcare management or MBA a plus.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare, consulting or strategic planning required.
  • Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to manage several projects/clients simultaneously with a strong focus on quality, timelines and customer service required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and address technical and data issues required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Project management and solution delivery experience in healthcare, operations management or consulting preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare data including International Classification of Disease (ICD-10), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) preferred.
  • Experience within a hospital, healthcare payor, or healthcare services organization preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
