This role is open across Germany. We are looking for suitable profiles nationwide.

Job responsibilities
As a Consultant:
- You will support projects at well-known insurance companies or banks, following an onboarding phase tailored to your needs
- You will be responsible for the design, detailed analysis, and implementation of customized solutions for our clients
- You will quickly take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in AI, platform or transformation projects
- You will contribute to Synpulse’s development through exciting internal projects on a global level and can participate in recruiting to help shape the heart of Synpulse
As a Senior Consultant:
- You will advise our clients, handling both strategic and operational tasks
- You will develop technical concepts and implementation plans
- You will be delivering expert content in your domain of expertise within projects
- You will lead project teams
Job requirements
- Master's or PhD degree (or graduating soon) with an excellent academic record
- Strong combined understanding of business and technology
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, combined with a willingness to travel
Experience Requirements:
- Consultant: Ideally initial practical experience gained through internships or early career stages in an insurance company, a bank, or a consultancy firm
- Senior Consultant: Several years of proven professional experience working within an insurance company, a bank, or a consultancy firm
