- We're seeking a Tech Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our team. You'll be responsible for the enhancement, validation, and optimization of lab procedures across six key solution areas: Azure Infra, Azure Entra ID (IAM), Data and AI, Digital App Innovation, Bizapps, and Azure Security. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert, dedicated to ensuring our lab content is accurate, high-performing, and always up-to-date. Key Responsibilities Performance Optimization: Analyze lab environments to pinpoint and resolve performance bottlenecks, implementing optimizations to improve speed and responsiveness on an ongoing basis (at least monthly). Content and Documentation Management: Regularly update lab instructions and documentation to align with the latest software versions. You'll ensure clarity, conciseness, and accuracy by incorporating client feedback and updating all visual aids, such as screenshots. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of lab procedures from a user's perspective to identify and correct errors, ensuring a reliable and seamless learning experience. This includes monthly bug fixes and a system performance review at least once a month. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and third-party management (TPMs) to align on content changes and improvements. Continuous Improvement: Proactively review and update lab content based on user feedback and new software releases, ensuring our materials remain current and relevant. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following areas: Azure Infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) Azure Entra ID (Identity and Access Management) Data and AI services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning) Digital App Innovation (e.g., Azure App Service, Kubernetes Service) Bizapps (e.g., Power Platform, Dynamics 365) Azure Security (e.g., Azure Sentinel, Defender for Cloud) Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. Excellent documentation and technical writing skills. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies. Certification: Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer) are highly desirable.
