Your responsibilities for this function:
- Design and build robust Python components for AI/LLM and data-driven use cases.
- Lead and facilitate AI workshops for tech teams: explain AI concepts, limitations, and perspectives; train teams to approach business projects effectively.
- Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and write technical use cases: clarify needs, formalize inputs, and define target workflows.
- Build prototypes/PoCs for LLMs and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, testing, limited production rollout).
- Collaborate closely with business and IT to bridge needs and solutions (roadmap, prioritization, product refinement).
- Contribute to architecture and best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring), without being tied to any single proprietary product.
- Explore complementary applications (light blockchain components: CORDA, Hyperledger) when relevant to use cases.
Your skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Python development (engineering mindset).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, how LLMs work, their limits and perspectives; ability to explain these technically to non-experts.
- Practical experience building data pipelines/integration and querying (SQL; structured/unstructured data).
- Good development practices: Git, testing, containerization (Docker), CI/CD.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder skills: gather business requirements and collaborate effectively with IT.
